Stretch & Roll
For this month's challenge we're focusing on stretching and foam rolling. Stretching and foam rolling are activities that you should add to your daily workout routine. Stretching improves flexibility and increases full range of motion throughout your workout. While stretching, you have the option to hold the stretch for 30 seconds or longer or perform gentle, repetitive movements.
Foam rolling is another form of flexibility training that helps to improve your range of motion, athletic performance, and reduce muscle soreness.
